 Quarterly UPDATE Meeting

On March 23, 2026, the MTJV hosted their quarterly update resident meeting to review scope of work and relocation plan, provide construction updates, outline the claims process, and logistics and next steps.

MTJV Quarterly Meeting

On December 10th, 2025, the  MTJV hosted their quarterly resident meeting to review the relocation process, phasing schedule, logistics and next steps.

 

NYLAG also took the time to introduce themselves and review parts of the Temporary Relocation License Agreement.

Temporary
relocation meeting

On June 25th, 2025 MTJV hosted an all-resident temporary relocation meeting to introduce residents to the Relocation Specialist team and explain how the residents will supported throughout the construction and relocation process.

Voting Campaign
Kickoff Meeting

On May 14th, 2025, we had our Voting Campaign Kickoff meeting, where based on resident feedback, MTJV launched the voting campaign and explained the process for residents to choose their favorite designs for their kitchen and bathroom.

Team Intro and
Design Talk Meeting

On March 26th, 2025, we had our first all-resident meeting and launched the modernization process. Residents met the design-build team, received an overview of the work scope, and previewed initial design options.
