Section 3 Career Fair

On November 3rd, 2025, the Mega Technico JV Team hosted the Section 3 Career Fair for residents interested in labor and non-labor positions to connect job seekers with employers, training programs, and sub-contractors working on the Wyckoff Comp Mod project and beyond.

Model Unit Tours

In October 2025, the Mega Technico JV Team unveiled the renovated model unit at Wyckoff Gardens, where residents had the opportunity to tour the new model unit and see the new kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
